TBW Books is not responsible for any orders sent to an out of date address. If your address changes, please contact us to update our records accordingly.
We do not provide refunds for any orders. Customers who are unsatisfied with one or more of the books are encouraged to consider each Subscription Series like a magazine subscription and wait for the next book which we hope will be more to your liking.
Subscriptions:
TBW Books Subscriptions Series are released one book at a time, approximately every three months throughout the year. Subscribers will receive copies of all books that have been released at that point, be that one or the complete set of four.
Submissions:
TBW Books acts as a selective curator and actively seeks out artists who we feel are important and inspiring. Although we are not currently accepting submissions for future Subscription Series, we are always excited by creative individuals and enjoy receiving examples of work. With that in mind, please do not send digital book mock-ups. We still feel that the best way to view a book is in its physical form.
Stores:
Once all four books of a Subscription Series are released to subscribing customers, TBW Books supplies a select number to independent specialty bookstores and boutiques. we strive to have our books included in such establishments that we feel share our goals and aesthetics. The books are only sold as complete sets to maintain the dialogue created within each Subscription Series.
